What the form collects
The form asks only for your name, an optional business name, one email address or phone number, the premises postcode, what the enquiry is about, the premises type, and a message. Do not include anything you do not need Monix to see in order to reply.
Why it is used
Monix Fire Safety Ltd uses those details to answer the enquiry. They are not added to a marketing list and they are not sold. The public phone number and email on this site are already published so you can make contact directly.

Call 07725 190547 or email jason@monixfire.co.uk to reach Monix Fire Safety Ltd directly. The enquiry form sends the fields on this page to Formspree, which emails them to jason@monixfire.co.uk.
Cookies and measurement
Before you choose, analytics and advertising storage are denied and the Google tag is not loaded. There is no analytics or ads network request, and a gclid from an advert link is not stored.
- If you reject, that choice is remembered in this browser and Google tags stay unloaded.
- If you accept analytics, and a GA4 measurement ID has been configured, GA4 can load.
- If you accept advertising, and a Google Ads ID has been configured, Ads measurement can load. A gclid in the page address can then be stored on this device and carried to other pages on this site.
- If you accept neither, the form can still be used. No lead conversion is sent.
- A successful form acceptance can send one lead measurement with a random transaction id. The event does not include your name, contact details, postcode, or message.
- A click on a telephone link can be measured separately as a click, not as a completed call. The call itself still starts from your phone either way.
You can change or withdraw the choice at any time with “Privacy and cookie choices” in the footer. Withdrawing sets measurement back to denied and removes a stored gclid. It cannot recall a request that has already left the browser.
